Mr Devendra Kumar Mishra’s “Theatre of Joy” module focused on cultural and social development in adolescents through theatre, music, and art. This inclusive program empowered children from diverse backgrounds to explore creativity and rewrite their own stories. Emphasizing compassion, empathy, and curiosity, it built a strong sense of community, ownership, and creativity. Participants gained confidence, teamwork skills, respect, and empathy while enhancing communication and creative problem-solving abilities. By engaging in meaningful activities, students naturally learned and grew, embodying John Dewey’s philosophy of learning through doing.
