Societies continue to attract interesting speakers. The Mathematics Department hosted Professor H.S.Dhani who is Vice Chancellor of Kumann University Nainital who spoke on ‘The relevance of mathematics in the twenty-first century’. The Humanities Department introduced a brilliant speaker to school who had kindly postponed a meeting with Mr Modi, the Prime Minister as part of his business delegation to Japan. Mr Shivnath Thurkeral who was the Group President of Essar for Strategic Initiatives as well as managing editor and founder of N.D.T.V Profit, came to talk to the boys about ‘Living in a world of uncertainties’.
