The Individual and Society
The module on “The Individual and Society,” led by Ms. Stuti, aimed to help participants explore their unique identities and their roles within society. Ms. Stuti guided the participants through discussions on the three crucial elements of identity: individual, familial, and social. She emphasized how personal experiences, cultural backgrounds, and societal perceptions shape one’s identity. Through interactive activities, participants reflected on their personal traits and the diversity around them. The session fostered an environment of tolerance, empathy, and compassion. By the end of the module, the participants gained a deeper understanding of themselves and learned the importance of embracing differences, preparing them to become considerate and effective leaders.
