The Prefectorial Council 2025-26 participated in an off-site leadership training workshop on February 15-16 alongside the Headmaster, Deputy Headmaster, Dean of Academics, Dean of Pastoral, and the school wellbeing counsellor.

The workshop featured engaging discussions, presentations, and reflective sessions, focusing on value systems, leadership behaviours, decision-making, support networks, and self-care. Key challenges and choices were explored, culminating in the development of a roadmap for the year ahead.

This initiative strengthened the team’s leadership skills, fostering a shared vision for the school community.
