Mr Kamal Ahuja, Deputy Headmaster, conducted a comprehensive module on Leadership Styles in the Context of Global Citizenship. Participants were introduced to various leadership theories and management styles. Through an engaging mix of theory, case studies, and group discussions, they explored themes such as the relationship between authority and responsibility. They identified different leadership styles, appreciated the relevance of specific styles to various contexts, and learned to become more adaptive and innovative leaders. The module successfully developed diverse perspectives and highlighted the importance of agility and adaptability in leadership.
