Mr Avinash Singh Alag addressed the Summer at Doon participants, sharing his journey and insights on leadership and transformation. He emphasized the power of self-belief over intelligence with his motto, “I Can is far more powerful than IQ.” Mr Alag recounted his experiences as a Counselor at the University of New Hampshire and as the Founder Headmaster of Blossoms School, Meerut. He highlighted the impactful work of his NGO, Gyanoday, and discussed his upcoming book, “HOW ARE YOU DOING?” His engaging talk left the participants inspired and motivated.
