Science at Doon

An Overview

Science@Doon is a holistic program that allows students to discover the various fields of science around them. Students engage in various societies, activities, and competitions, alongside, participating in meetings, presentations, and new initiatives. The involvement extends beyond the classrooms, as students often write essays based on scientific literature and engage in practical activities, such as stargazing and hands-on chemistry. Through their activities, students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, which are essential for the benefit of their scientific endeavour.

Guided by senior students, junior students conduct amateur research investigations and participate in renowned competitions. These learnings have been compiled into an array of publications, some of which will be showcased during ISSC 2024. This section aims to capture all the science activities conducted at Doon, fostering a strong scientific atmosphere and acumen among the students.
