My Innovation (Aligned with UN Goals on Sustainable Development): "Innovating for a Sustainable Tomorrow!"
This event challenges participants to showcase their creativity and problem-solving skills by designing and presenting an innovative project or prototype that addresses one or more of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate how their innovation contributes to sustainability, social progress, and environmental protection. Emphasizing originality and practicality, this event encourages participants to think critically about global challenges and propose impactful solutions that align with the UN's vision for a more sustainable future.
The Path Finder: "Navigating the Future with Precision!"
In this event, participants will design and program a robot capable of autonomously navigating through a maze. The robot must be able to analyse the maze layout, identify the shortest path to the destination, and successfully navigate through the maze while overcoming obstacles and challenges along the way. This event tests participants' skills in robotics, programming, and strategic thinking.
Fastest Line Follower: "Speeding Towards Precision!"
Participants in this event will design and program a robot that can accurately follow a predefined path marked by a line on the floor. The robot must navigate through twists, turns, and inter-sections while maintaining a high speed. The goal is to complete the course in the shortest amount of time possible, demonstrating precision, speed, and efficiency in line-following algorithms.
Robo-Race: "Racing into the Future of Robotics!"
Robo-Race is a high-speed competition where participants design and build remote-controlled robots to compete in a fast-paced race against other teams. The robots must be capable of manoeuvring through obstacles, sharp turns, and other challenges on the racetrack. This event tests participants' skills in robot design, control, and strategy, with the goal of crossing the finish line first.
Prompt Engineering: "Creating Solutions in the Blink of an Eye!"
Prompt Engineering is a timed event where participants are given a prompt or challenge related to robotics or computer science and must quickly design and implement a solution using the provided materials. This event emphasizes creativity, quick thinking, and adaptability, as participants must work under pressure to complete their projects within the allotted time.
IT Quiz: "Testing Tech Knowledge, Inspiring Innovation!"
The IT Quiz is a knowledge-based competition that tests participants' understanding of in-formation technology concepts, developments, and trends. Participants will be challenged with a series of questions covering topics such as programming languages, computer hardware, software, networking, and emerging technologies. This event is designed to promote learning and awareness in the field of information technology, encouraging participants to broaden their knowledge and expertise.
Robo Soccer: “Where Technology Scores Goals for the Future”!
Robo Soccer is a thrilling competition where teams design and program robots to compete in a soccer match. The robots must be able to navigate the playing field, dribble the ball, pass to teammates, and score goals against the opposing team. This event challenges participants' skills in robot design, mechanical engineering, and artificial intelligence, requiring them to create agile and strategic robots capable of outmanoeuvring their opponents.
