Ishita Bhardwaj from Hyderabad House all attended the trials for Uttarakhand State Squash team to represent Uttarakhand in the National Games.

The team gave an excellent performance in the trials.

Mayank Sojatia and Ishita Bhardwaj were selected for the Uttarakhand State team to represent the state in National Games in Men’s and women’s category respectively.

Mayank Sojatia was placed 5th in the individual ranking. He challenged 4th and 3rd ranking players respectively and defeated them in a neck and neck competition thereby securing his place in the three member men’s team.

Ishita Bhardwaj competed with six girls and secured her place in women’s team at 2nd ranking.

They will represent Uttarakhand State in the 35th National games to be held in Kerala from 31st January to 15th of February 2015.
